The big problem I personally see with Donald Trumps senate impeachment that may be a huge problem is the supreme court has to decide an issue on the presidents right of "Executive Privilege" which is the "Obstruction" article of impeachment. The problem may be is a supreme court judge has to oversea the impeachment while deciding the issue of obstruction which I see as a "Conflict Of Interest" even if only the "Abuse Of Power" article is sent. The Justice is still overseeing the impeachment while deciding on the other "Obstruction" impeachment article which is still a "Conflict Of Interest".
Nanzi Pelosi and the commie dems most likely are going to see if they can get the senate back in the 2020 election before they let their impeachment go to trial. The commie dems got a win in the 2018 election because the Republicans did not do a 2010 "Tea Party" turnout and the removal of the "Salt Tax". Presidential elections always have the best voter turnout. The commie democrats know they will still do millions of votes no matter how bad they get.
Sure, I do support the Republican congress just wiping this impeachment effort out immediately. It seems to me that some Republicans and "Donald Trump" just want to attack it and beat it down just to do that. That might not be a wise thing to do though. Even the democrat voters know this impeachment is an engineered sham but that's why they vote for commie democrats. On the other hand if the Republicans can keep the many libertarian mouths shut they may be able to win back the House and keep the senate then beat the crap out of this impeachment after the 2020 election. It actually may be more satisfying and better to fight the impeachment this way. If Nanzi Pelosi doesn't send the articles of impeachment to the senate she's betting on winning the senate back so the Republicans need to produce strategy for this.
Let Nanzi Pelosi hold back on sending the articles of impeachment to the senate and "Stop The Articles Of Impeachment" until the supreme court has handed down a decision on "Executive Privilege. Just as long as Republicans are covering all the strategies that the democrats and Republicans can put together and use we can roll the dice and hope congress will turn all red again. I will not say the Republicans have the 2020 election locked up but now that the libertarian RINO's have the feet of the "Republican Party Base" on their heads and the commie democrats are exposed and running as commies I will say the odds of success are in the favor of getting both houses of congress back in the "Red".
It took a long long long time to get the Republican Party on the straight and narrow so if we can put the senate impeachment trial off until after the 2020 election it would indeed be a better "beat down" on the commies. If Nanzi Pelosi sends the articles of impeachment to the senate soon or before the election it would be a "Conflict Of Interest" if justice "John Roberts" or any other supreme court judge overseas the trial while the "Executive Privilege Obstruction Article Of Impeachment" issue is being decided in the Supreme Court".
