The "Communist Control Act" Of 1954 Is Law But Has Never Been Enforced. If It Had Been Enforced The Communist (Progressive) Democrats Wouldn't Be Damaging The U.S. Constitution Right Now

In 1950 the "Communist Control Act" was introduced as an amendment to the "Internal Security Act" of 1950 to combat the flooding of corrupt labor unions with communist immigrants. It didn't work. The "Red Scare" was in full affect as the communists growth was uncontrollable with the massive amounts of russian immigrants entering the U.S. after WWII fleeing the Joseph Stalin executions of dissadents.

The Communist Control Act was signed into law by president Dwight Eisenhower in August of 1954. Even though it has never been enforced it has never been challeged. The Supreme Court has never ruled on it. The law was created during the second "Red Scare" from 1946 to 1954 when hoards of immigrants from russia were allowed into the U.S.. Some passages of the Communist Control Act are controversal so it was left in place and never used.

The purpose of the Communist Control Act is to keep communists from getting into elected government offices and from appointed offices. This goes for communist U.S. Citizens also. Right now the whole democrat party is full of secret communists in elected offices that were born right here in the U.S.A.. If this Communist Control Act was being enforced "Senator Bernie Sanders" would not be able to occupy his seat in congress because he's a known communist (Socialist Is The Same As A Communist). Socialism is just a stepping stone to full communism and both socialism and communism are anti U.S. Constitution forms of government which makes both types of anti constitutional governments enemies of the state U.S. born or foreign born. 

Hillary Clinton has never admitted it but she is the founder of the anti U.S. Constitution communist womans group "Code Pink" by my own research. She does have known associations with these women and one association being "Code Pink Communist Women" consumed a complete section with hundreds of seats at the 2016 democrat party convention which was proven by a Fox News reporter. All these Code Pink women had to have been invited. The other associations were her personal connections she buddied up with before "Code Pink" was formed in 2002.  

It is "Unconstitutional" for enemies of the set constitutional U.S. government to act against the constitution internal or external. If the parts of the Communist Control Act were revised that conflicted with U.S. Citizens rights the law would cure our present day problems with muslims and other illegal aliens claiming parts of the United States as their own. Another point to make is if security of the U.S. comes above some U.S. Citizens rights as the "Patriot Act" case makes light of in the U.S. Constitution then the "Communist Control Act" is ready to go. Our Supreme Court Justices have never set a hierachy of what U.S Constitutional passages rank above others or I haven't heard anything about this yet. I guess I should get to it.

The Communist Party U.S.A. Still Exists And Is Huge With Lots Of Cash Now

Many of Hillary Clinton's And the Democrat Party slogans and speech attack lines against Donald Trump come from the "Communist Party U.S.A".

I would say now is the time to enforce this decades old law. If it had been enforced in the first place when it was signed into law there would never have been today's "Democrat Communist Party" on the verge of overthrowing the U.S. Constitution.

Yes, after WWII communists were allowed to flood into the U.S. and join up with U.S. citizen born communist minded people and now the democrat party is filled with "Communists". The muslims are purposely being brought into the U.S. and in a couple of decades we will have a muslim political party that hates dogs, pigs, women and the U.S. Constitution. I would think the time to slam the door on all these anti U.S. Constitution mindsets would have been in the 1950's but if not then how about, "NOW".
