Sure, the circus is having financial problems mostly due to the rising costs of a bad economy and over zealous animal rights activists who are aligned with the communist democrat party. The circus is to much, "U.S.A." and the communist democrats don't like that.
A good idea to solve the Ringing Bros. circus from fading into history is for them to find an arena in, "Las Vegas" connected to one of the hotel/casinos. Cirqus du Soleil is without animals but has the same types of acrobats and is doing well. The "Ringing Bros." circus can alter their show to reflect more modern stunts and acrobats while keeping some animal acts in a permanent Las Vegas arena as a place families can take their children while in Las Vegas gambling.
Of course the first thought is move the Ringing Bros. Circus to the, "Circus Circus Hotel Casino" but another large Las Vegas Hotel/Casino would do. Just save it!
A lot of these animal activists (PETA) whom are loony democrats are concerned over the bad treatment of animals. A positive animal treatment campaign can be installed also showing animals are treated exceptionally well. The circus can survive in "Las Vegas".

Quote from above article From U.S. News:
What PETA does not often admit is that they kill almost 90 percent of the dogs and cats taken into their “shelter.” Most recently they have been accused of stealing and euthanizing a family’s pet dog. This from an organization that has publicly claimed it would be opposed to a cure for AIDS if it resulted from animal testing. These facts should be taken into consideration when considering the credibility of PETA’s claims to really care about the welfare of animals.
