Megyn Kelly's question to Donald Trump would in fact be a fair question to ask in a standard debate context but the question wasn't asked as a "Fair Debate" question all candidates had the opportunity to answer. The question was used in the context of a direct "Ambush Attack" which was unfair to Donald Trump and goes way beyond being fair and balanced and into a moderator panel of libertarian business communists out to push their personal political agenda to mislead the public into their train of political thought as the progressive communist democrats always do.
Brent Baier asked Donald Trump if he was going to run "Third Party" and if Donald Trump stated he might and Donald Trump did state that it was a possibility he would run third party the question would be asked to Donald Trump by Megyn Kelly about Donald Trumps words to certain Rosie O'Donnell type left wing women so Megyn Kelly asked in anger the question to Donald Trump. If Donald Trump would have stated he was not going to run as a third party candidate even if he lost the nomination Megyn Kelly would have "Never" asked Donald Trump the question about women.

"Fair And Balanced?" is just a joke on true conservatives to keep true conservatives drinking the "Kool Aid". Remember, Roger Ailes owns Jeb Bush. Yeah, Jeb Bush only won the Florida governors race because of Roger Ailes money.
The other chicken shit republican candidates and media pufflers listed below are trying to portray Donald Trump as a scardy cat to improve their warped ideology that's being rejected. This portrayal of Donald Trump as a scardy cat is untrue but that only goes to show the other candidates like Ted Cruz and the media pufflers will only lie to the public and portray misleading information to take the United States to the libertarian business communism they believe in and their business donors paid for.
Fox News and other news outlets and private organizations have every right to organize debates but they do not have any right to conspire against the candidates that chose to show up. No candidate is mandated or has to show up to the debates just because it's organized and especially organized for the profits off advertising or has ideology misfit media moderators.
