The dumb Republicans are so dumb it takes a shadow banned writer like me to find a plan to stop the massive illegal immigration on the U.S. southern border. I know the libertarians in the Republican Party like Mitch McConnell won't do much to stop the massive pouring into the U.S. of human welfare cases. These Republicans are a sad story that should have won the 2022 midterm elections hand down but didn't because they trashed the "Tea Party" and refused to spend money on election advertising thinking the election was a done deal for them.

In December of 2022 the communist democrats produced a funding bill for the Federal Government for 1.7 Trillion dollars filled with all kinds of communist funding for illegal aliens and other pet projects and the Rino Republican Lindsey Graham and 17 other Rino's voted for it. I was really surprised to see that Tom Cotton vote for this bill and possible entered, "Rinohood".

I've always wondered as I'm sure many other U.S. Citizens have wondered is how are all these immigrants being fed and supplied on their way to the southern U.S. border? Of course it's the "NGO's" (non government organizations) and they are rarely talked about on the news programs but once in awhile you will hear a mention of them. Even the libertarian controlled Fox News won't allow these "NGO's" to be talked about on their news casts.

These "NGO'S" are churches, the ACLU and other private communist groups out to destroy the capitalist society. The communist minded personalities have promoted themselves up into executive positions in Media, Government, Business, Religion and Non Profit entities.

8 U.S. Code § 1324 describes quite a few crimes involving assisting aliens in any way. For one, it makes it a crime to knowingly bring in an immigrant through any place other than designated ports of entry, transport them across the country, conceal or harbor them, or encourage them to enter or remain in the country illegally. Moreover, it’s even a crime to just conspire to commit any of these crimes or aid and abet them. Those who didn’t necessarily commit the crime knowingly, but acted with reckless disregard for discovering the truth can also be held criminally liable. These penalties get pretty specific and can apply to each alien the defendant assisted:

Biden could be brought up on criminal charges for "aiding and abeting" illegal aliens with his busing them all over the U.S..  The Federal Government busing these illegal aliens to different states can be held on criminal charges and I myself would support this effort. 

These "NGO's" (non government organizations) including churches and other organizations assisting immigration into the U.S. can be dismantled and shutdown by States, Counties, Cities and Towns that do not want this massive unchecked immigration in their areas and communities because it's "ILLEGAL" to assist illegal immigrants. Get rid of the "NGO's" and the immigration stops. It's these large congressional spending bills that are funding the "NGO's" that are funding illegal aliens to stay in the U.S. and if States, Counties, Cities and Towns get rid of the "NGO's" and stopping Churches from unlawfully helping illegal immigrants the immigrants will have to travel to communist democrat states and cities to survive which will overload their economies to no end and destroy the communist democrat party.

The president can’t pardon illegal aliens either since it’s not a crime against the U.S.. If the illegal aliens were arrested and went in front of a federal judge then the president could pardon that one illegal alien. The president cannot pardon any illegal alien that are charged with state or local crimes. Immigrants are required to have paperwork before they cross the border but that’s not a crime against the U.S. and the president can only pardon people who went to federal court or have committed a crime against the U.S.. Most illegal aliens can be run out of the U.S. no matter how many are let in by a president.

It doesn't matter if Joe Biden and the communist democrat party are giving legal status to illegal aliens. If non U.S. Citizens cross the border without the proper documentation they are illegal no matter what the Joe Biden government does to make them legal. If immigrants are crossing the border through holes in the Trump border wall it's ILLEGAL. The law states immigrants can only cross the border through legal ports of entry and the Biden administration is allowing migrants to cross without proper documentation through gaps in Trumps border wall which isn't legal. 

Biden needs to go to jail because he's been breaking every law on immigration that was produced by congress and his intentions to break immigration laws set by congress can be proven.

U.S. Immigration laws are stated below:

• Knowingly encouraging someone to illegally come to or remain in the country: Up to five years and a fine
• Transporting, concealing, or encouraging an alien to enter or remain in the country illegally for private financial gain: Up to ten years and a fine
• Aiding and abetting any of the above crimes: Up to five years and a fine
• Conspiring to commit any of the above crimes: Up to ten years and a fine
• Any of these crimes occur with serious bodily injury or placing someone’s life in jeopardy: Up to twenty years and a fine
• Any of these crimes occur with a death: Up to any number of years, life in prison, and/or a fine

In the case of larger criminal enterprises, when groups of ten or more are being transported, or when the defendant posed a safety or health risk to the immigrants or people in the U.S., up to ten years may be added to their sentence. Other penalties may include the seizure of any vehicles, boats, aircraft, or other methods used in the crime, as well as any profit made.

Employing Aliens

This code also makes it illegal to hire those that are unlawfully present in the U.S. An employer who hires at least ten aliens for a year can be fined and receive up to five years in prison.

Immigration Fraud

Visa fraud is another serious crime, which involves forging or altering a visa, permit, alien registration receipt card, border crossing card, or any other type of legal immigration document, as well as knowingly using, attempting to use, or possessing any of these false documents, whether the recipient is an immigrant or not. This can also include giving false or misleading information, withholding information, or otherwise using false pretenses to obtain one of these documents. Some ways this may occur is when an immigrant applies for one of these official documents with a false name, impersonating someone, or using a deceased individual’s identity. This law also prohibits the selling or transferring of the documents from the legally intended recipient. Additionally, just owning the materials to forge these documents is punishable under this section. As these crimes are all eligible for felony charges, the penalties may include a fine, as well as up to ten years for the first and second offenses – as long as there are no aggravating factors. Any offense after that may reach 15 years in prison. If the offense occurred to facilitate a drug trafficking crime, that may be increased to 20 years, and if it’s to facilitate an act of terrorism, it’s up to 25 years. As far as using identification documents for immigration purposes, it punishes the following with a fine and up to five years in prison:

Joe Biden and his commie democrats think that not enforcing the U.S. immigration laws isn't a crime and he may be correct but Joe Biden and his commie democrats are surely committing a massive amount of crimes by "Aiding And Abetting" these illegal aliens once they cross illegally into the U.S. and then feeding them and busing them all over the U.S.. Even Joe Biden NOT enforcing the border can be seen as "Aiding And Abetting" illegal aliens since the soon to be aliens that were waiting in Mexico asked Biden to let them in and going against U.S. immigration laws he did let them in.

What's even worse that Biden ignoring U.S. immigration laws is the Republican Party is letting him. I mean the Republicans won't do a damn thing to stop him. The democrats will trash any Republican leader openly like they did and are doing to Donald Trump but the Republicans won't fight them at all. 

I myself think it's time for the Rino Mitch McConnell to GO! I always hear how good he is by other Rinos but the democrats keep gaining ground while the Republican party loses. The reason the Republicans won an overwhelming victory in the 2010 midterm election was the Tea Party protesting and a massive amount of attention given to these protests which informed the public completely. The 2022 midterm election was basically a loss to the Republican Party even though they barely won back the House because of Ronna McDaniel's lack of public messaging. I'm wondering if her Rino uncle Mitt Romney got to her?  

Instead of using Republican Cash to hire "Private Eyes" to gather election evidence and give the evidence to the lawyers she hired overpriced lawyers to say if something isn't election correct. "LAWYERS DON'T GATHER EVIDENCE", They only look at evidence gathered by other people and use it in court trials. Ronna McDaniel's screwed up big time and should be replaced. The Republican Party can't have these screw ups again by Mitch McConnell and Ronna McDaniel's. 

The Republican Party needs to go after these crimes by Joe Biden and ALL the NGO's (non government organizations) that are "Aiding And Abetting" illegal aliens. Even if illegal aliens are allowed to stay in the U.S. to wait for their asylum hearing they did cross the U.S. border illegally and are still illegal aliens that are being aided and abetted by the Joe Biden administration and the democrat communist congress. Even if another Republican candidate replaces Donald Trump the candidate that replaces Donald Trump will get attacked to no end by the communist democrats so WTF is the Republican Party's problem with going after Joe Biden and the NGO's for aiding and abetting illegal immigration?

The United States Supreme Court might take up the case of Joe Biden and the democrat party aiding and abetting illegal immigrants since it's clearly written into law and highly illegal to do so. Dumb Republicans don't do anything except kiss the butts of their democrat counterparts. The Republican Party is ALL "Quid Pro Quo" and the democrat party states they will agreed with what the Republicans want only as a statement then screw the Republicans in their behinds because the Republicans will always come back for somemore fanny penetration by the democrats.
