I say NOT! If the "House Of Representatives" impeach "Donald Trump" without the input from ALL the elected representatives in the "House" it would be in my own opinion that the impeachment can be overturned by a lawsuit against "Nanzi Pelosi (Speaker Of The House)" that works its way to the Supreme Court. I guess someone will find out if sueing "nanzi as the Speaker Of The House" is possible since the president faces lawsuits constantly everyday. I would think anyone would be able to file against the democrats in the "House" only? Individuals for sure can have lawsuits brought against them but can the democrats in the "House" have a lawsuit filed against them through the "Speaker Of The House"?

The "Russian Witch Hunt" was just a huge attempt by the "communist democrats" and "libertarian republican rinos" to find criminal charges to impeach "Trump". This Ukraine issue about "biden" is just a fishing expedition also because no matter how much "Donald Trump" minces his conversations into small segments that gives corrupt people a way to spin reality into a crime, "Donald Trump" as president is allowed to talk about ANY U.S. Citizen and their activities on foreign soil, "NO MATTER WHAT!". Obama did it all the time with foreign leaders.
I've heard many times in news broadcasts from U.S. Constitutional Scholars that the "House Of Representatives" line is short but the meaning is clear, "The Full House Elected Membership".
Section II, Clause 5: The House of Representatives shall choose their Speaker and other Officers; and shall have the sole Power of Impeachment.

NO!, the "U.S. Constitution" clearly states in "Article II, Section 4, "Treason, Bribery, or other High Crimes And Misdemeanors" which means the "House" has to "File Charges" of at least a "Misdemeanor" before the impeachment goes to trial in the "Senate"
The U.S. Constitution is very clear and ANY "Supreme Court" suggestion that the "House" is the sole exclusive interpreter is just another panel of liberal activist judges trying to overturn the U.S. Constitution through their corrupt view of the U.S. Constitution being written by the founders to be "Interpreted" to any view that fits what they want.
There's 3 points to look at:
1. The "U.S. Constitution" clearly states the "House Of Representatives" has the sole power of impeachment which is taken as ALL elected members of the "House" get to be apart of the impeachment process and not just a chosen few.
2. A clear charge of a crime with the lowest crime being a "misdemeanor" has to be filed, by the HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES before the impeachment vote can happen and a trial by the "Senate" can happen.
3. The "Supreme Court" has NEVER looked at the issue of impeachment. Any impeachment the democrats enact solely along party lines and without filing a clear misdemeanor charge or higher of criminal activity should be able to be overturned with a lawsuit that works its way up to the "Supreme Court".
In my final conclusion, "The Communist Democrat Party" is on a fishing trip trying to find a crime or spin an event into a crime. My advise to president "Donald Trump" would be, have your army of lawyers ready to file a lawsuit against the "Speaker Of The House (Nanzi Pelosi)" for unconstitutional acts of vengeance, making false claims of crimes and not letting the full weight of all elected "House" representatives take part in the impeachment proceedings. "FILE THE LAWSUIT BEFORE THE IMPEACHMENT GOES TO THE SENATE" so a trustworthy judge can decide if the impeachment was constitutional then file an appeal if the judge turns out to be another activist for the democrats. Get it going to the supreme court ASAP.
Of course this article was written hastily without in depth research. I do know elected representatives get lawsuits filed on them constantly so what about congress? Can anyone sue congress, parts of congress or the leaders of congress. I'd say filing lawsuits against congressional leaders would be most logical.
