Well, I don't know quite what to say about this? Maybe, "Don't Let The Door Hit Your Ass On The Way Out"! Most likely they are teaming up with Glen Becks, "The Blaze" network or are going to buy out the Oprah Winfrey network. Lots of spanish channels will be coming up for sale soon. Fox News even owns a spanish channel in the low dial numbers that's not doing so well. I wouldn't think the Murdocks would sell it to their competition.
Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and Tomi Lauren can have a place of their own to call themselves conservatives while they preach "Open Borders and Amnesty". I know Tomi Lauren and Bill O'Reilly support libertarian amnesty which is "Legalization Without Amnesty" that evolves into amnesty over a 5 year period.
Sean has always leaned towards these libertarians whom never supported Donald Trump and are really more left leaning and not the far right they will have you believe. Maybe Sean has a hard time getting guests or something? Maybe Sean believes he's the unifyer? Would Sean go to CNN if his Fox News star burnt out and preach "Legalization Of Illegal Aliens"? Maybe Greta will leave CNN and toss into this new bastion of false conservatism?
These lip honkers swim in the words of conservatism to keep their huge audiences because if their libertarian Ron Paul leanings came to light their audiences would shrink to the 10% of the U.S. population that is their mud hole. You can't get power to sway the public to "Legalize Illegal Aliens" so why not form a group as is always the case when a monster shadow is needed to push public opinion and bully non libertarians.
I don't have anything personal against them since I don't know them personally and I'm sure they would be as pleasant to be around as anyone until you mentioned you were a "Tea Party" anti open borders and no amnesty Donald Trump supporter then you would get the snob face from them. Except for those one or two personalities that have "Command And Control Syndrome" like Bill O'Reilly most of these lip honkers would be friendly towards you.
This article I found and partially copy/pasted below talks about these false conservatives stating their reason for starting their own news network is that Fox News is moving to far to the left which is completely false. These false conservatives start preaching, "Legalization Of Illegal Aliens" and then they cry about someone else moving to far to the left?
The article below also talks about Sean Hannity being the last of the Fox News stars but what most people haven't seen is Sean runs with these Glen Beck libertarian open border personalities. I myself get swept up in some of these news personalities also until I find out that they can spin their heads 180 degrees while walking backwards.
I'm not against these ex Fox News personalities starting their own news network. Fox News will be forced to drop the "Anchors For Everybody" B.S. and move towards a "True" Donald Trump conservative non libertarian "Tea Party" format which makes up most of their audience anyway. Bill O'Reilly, Sean Hannity and Tomi Lahren will find out soon that, "WE", the non libertarian "Tea Party" true conservatives create the Stars and the day is dawning that strips away the false political outlook that news anchors display to audiences to get themselves raised into Stardom.

Hannity, Lahren And O’Reilly Back With New Network – You Won’t Believe Where They’ll Be Working!
Success Street.com | Jamie | May 1, 2017
On the heels of major shakeups at the Fox News Network, an alternative conservative network is being actively discussed amongst conservative fat cats.
A well-placed source close to the proposal tells Mediate that serious discussions are underway to create an alternative conservative cable network on the belief that the Fox News Network is moving too far to the left. The source, who is engaged in the talks, says a meeting is planned for today with two prominent high-powered television executives, some underperforming conservative networks and people who have an interest and the ability to fund a new network.
The potential aim? Putting “the old band” back together. There are certainly plenty of (out-of-work?) conservative powerhouses to pick from that could star on a new network, and perhaps even some executives from within Fox News who might be lured by the new opportunity. Could the new channel include stars like the ousted Bill O’Reilly, who didn’t waste much time hitting the podcast waves after he was fired amid a sexual harassment scandal?
Could Tomi Lahren, the conservative mega star, who was recently sidelined at The Blaze also take on a prominent role? The exact “who” won’t be clear until the deal is more defined but the source says the pitch is that the network could immediately reach at least 85 million homes.
