Creating an immigration program that favors U.S. citizens being comfortable in their own jobs market is the way to go
Creating an immigration program that keeps a 5% demand for employees in the jobs marketplace would increase wages to U.S. citizens through demand for employees, flood the U.S. treasury with more money due to low unemployment and higher wages, give U.S. citizens the opportunity to jump from job to job until they find employment they are pleased with.
Legal immigrants could only
fill jobs that can't be filled by U.S. citizens after the employers made a reasonable attempt to find U.S. citizen employees at a fair wage. Legal immigrants would have to exit the U.S. before their work visa expired. No immigrants on travel visas would be allowed to work.
Employer demand for employees would be kept at 5%. If the demand went up to 6% more work visas would be issued. If the demand went down to 4% the government would stop handing out work visas.
"NO AMNESTY!". All illegal aliens must go home. Illegal Aliens exiting the U.S. would be replaced by new immigrants entering the U.S. on the new immigration plan. The new immigration plan would include full tracking of their movement and whereabouts. All new immigrants would be physically looked at and screened for pregnancy every 3 months.ESTIMATING EMPLOYER DEMAND: That would have to be worked out. One way would be to compile the employer requests for employees from the state employment agencies. Another would be to anaylize the requests for unemployment benefits. Boxes could be added to the employers quarterly tax payments that they could enter the number of employees hired, quit or fired and expected positions going to be open during the following quarter. All of these functions could be combined so an estimated demand could be calulated with a margin of error. Other functions can and will be created to add to the estimated demand. It would work out well once implemented.
Illegal aliens here now must not be rewarded with amnesty for breaking U.S. immigration laws and entering the U.S. illegally then taking advantage of U.S. hospitality. Illegal aliens knew they were illegal when the entered the U.S. illegally or overstayed their visas and also knew the day would come when they would have to leave the U.S.
ILLEGAL ALIEN REMOVAL OK, this new illegal alien removal plan is in response to people that are concerned about their home values declining even though home values most likely won't go down anymore than they already are and will eventually regain some value after U.S. citizens get their jobs and incomes back from illegal aliens and the massive amounts of legal immigrants that are getting their citizenship rubber stamped every year. Home values from 1995 through 2008 were artificially inflated by Bill Clinton through massive illegal immigration. Only the rich got richer and the middle class lost trillions of dollars after the lights went out after the rich persons money making frenzy killed the U.S. economy. Those people that are flipping houses, building businesses and making money off illegal aliens, "TO BAD!". You people that based your incomes and businesses off of illegal aliens should not have based your incomes and businesses on illegal aliens in the first place. Your the reason why the U.S. is in this situation with the illegal aliens in the first place with your profit taking.
This new illegal alien removal plan will also keep the stock market level too after the democrats artificial inflation is removed. Hey, the stock market is reaching record highs only because the U.S. government is buying up all the bad home loans and as soon as the U.S. government stops buying up all these bad home loans, "And They Eventually Will Have To" the stock market will dive again back to a "Normal Reasonable Level" around 12,000 to 14,000. The stock market is also artificially inflated due to massive democratic sponsored illegal immigration. A lot of working class people won't lose buckets full of cash from the removal of illegal aliens because they haven't reinvested back into the stock market after their losses in the 2008 crash. Most of the people that are invested into the stock market are the wealthy taking profit off illegal aliens and the democratic home loan buy up. The stock earnings will fall to a lower level because the stock earnings were artifically inflated though the years of massive profit taking off illegal aliens but the stocks won't be worthless. If the illegal aliens are not removed you will be facing a massive stock market crash in the near future as U.S. citizens earnings fall and this is much more dangerous to your stocks than the lower earning from the removal of illegal aliens. People not having good paying jobs due to massive immigration is much more dangerous than people not making money in the stock market.
Illegal Aliens would be given 1 year to come forward and apply for a 3 year work visa. All illegal immigrants would have to apply for and temporary "Legal" status card during the "1" year application time period. These legal status cards would be mailed on the spot to illegal immigrants. After the one year application period has ended no more legal status cards would be sent out. "Legal Status Cards Would Not Be Good For Any Benefits U.S. Citizens Receive". Illegal aliens with legal status cards would still be "Illegal" but allowed to stay in the U.S. until their "Guest Worker" card is issued.
Once an illegal alien receives their "Guest Worker" Card they will have "3" years to exit the U.S.. The U.S. government will be required to process a specific amount of applications for "Guest Worker" cards each month so all illegal aliens would not have to leave the U.S. all at once. Illegal aliens would be able to keep working under the "Legal Status" card until they receive their guest worker card. Once the guest worker card is sent the illegal alien must exit the U.S. with absolutely no extensions allowed on the guest worker card. Employers would be fined heavily if caught with an immigrant in their employee with an expired guest worker card. Some illegal aliens may only have 3 years until they have to leave the U.S., some illegal aliens may be able to work in the U.S. for years longer under the legal status card depending on where the illegal immigrants application comes up for processing by the U.S. government. As I stated above the U.S. government would be given quota's to fullfill each month. The U.S. government would never be able to stop processing illegal alien 3 year "Guest Worker" cards. The processing will have a 10 year period to finish all the illegal alien applications for a 3 year guest worker card. After 10 years all illegal aliens must be "Gone".
The first year after the applications for the legal status cards ends work place enforcement would begin. Any illegal alien without the U.S. government issued legal status card or guest worker card would not be able to work and employers would be fined heavily if they are caught with an illegal alien in their employment without their legal status card.
All illegal immigrants with a "Legal Status" card would have their whereabouts fully tracked. All illegal alien women would have to prove they are "Not Pregnant" and send in a doctors certification that they were not pregnant. Eventually every illegal alien with a legal status card and/or a guess worker card would have to show up for a physical look in person at a federal agency. Most preferably physical eye site looks would happen every 3 months. The man and women would have to show up. If the women belly is enlarged the pregnant women and the man that made her pregnant would be deported on the spot. No shows would be tracked down, taken into custody and deported with no ifs, ands or buts.
All illegal aliens will be replaced by new legal immigrants under the new immigration plan. New immigration would be cut down to the bare minimum as U.S. citizens fill the work place voids left by exiting illegal immigrants. When U.S. citizen unemployment is down to a 4% demand for employees new immigrants will be let into the U.S. under the guest worker program as jobs grow and the employee demand reaches 6%. Once the demand for employees hits 6% new immigrants will be given guest worker visas until the demand for employees goes back down to 5%. When the demand for employees goes down to 5% guest worker visas would be halted.LEGAL IMMIGRANTS ON GUEST WORKER PROGRAM: New immigrants entering the U.S. on the guest worker program will be under the new immigration plan. The new immigration plan would include full tracking of their movement and whereabouts. All new immigrants would be physically looked at and screened for pregnancy every 3 months and if the women is pregnant the women and the man that got her pregnant would be deported on the spot. Any immigrant that didn't show up would be tracked down, apprehended and deported on the spot. All men and women would have to show up for a physical look every three months.
When the application is approved for the guest worker program the legal immigrant will be required to show up at a border patrol station for entry into the U.S. and get assigned to a job, "That No U.S. Citizen Really Wants" and work their way through from there, pay fees and "Go Home" when their guest worker visa expires. The guest worker would be required to pay for their own approved health insurance and all other costs associated with them working in the U.S.. The U.S. based employer that hires the guest worker would also be held responsible for some of the costs of using foreign guest workers.
Absolutely "NO CHILDREN" would be allowed into the U.S. under the guest worker program. If a guest worker has children they can leave them in their home country or don't come to the U.S. to work at all. There are plenty of single foreign men and women that can fill the U.S. labor void. If the single men get a women pregnant or the single women gets pregnant it's automatic deportation and they can deal with their baby outside the U.S.. LEGAL IMMIGRANTS WANTING U.S. CITIZENSHIP: Immigrants that want to become U.S. citizens would have to make application outside the U.S. in their home countries. Legal residency would be abolished since it's become a den of corruption for illegal aliens to use as a tool. When the application is approved the legal immigrant will be required to show up at a border patrol station for entry into the U.S. and get assigned to a job, "That No U.S. Citizen Really Wants" and work their way through from there, pay fees, learn english and go through a 10 year process of assimilation into the U.S. society. Immigration for U.S. citizenship would be limited to 300,000 a year and "NOT" the current rubber stamping of well over 1 million a year. The granting of U.S. citizenship would absolutely "NOT" be based on U.S. labor requirements or any other economic factor foreign or domestic. "NO" immigrant would be granted citizenship based on their poverty status in their home countries.
Immigrants that just want work would have to go through the work visa requirements outlined and "GO HOME" before their work visa expired with no if, ands or buts.ENDED IMMIGRATION PRACTICES:
These immigration rules are put together in the way they are written due to the fact
that is well known that immigrants, U.S. businesses and politicians will abuse
immigration for any profit, personal or political gain they can get.
* No more legal residency
* No more legal immigrants petitioning the government to bring in their family members.
- Immigrant family members would have to go through the same immigration processes
as a single immigrant.
* No more government backed home loans for legal immigrants or illegal immigrants
* Legal and illegal immigrants would not be allowed to start businesses until they were
naturalized U.S. citizens
- Cities and towns regulate businesses but the federal government fully regulates what
legal and illegal immigrants can do
* All immigration laws that promote "Chain Immigration" would be identified and ended.
* The green card lottery will be ended. Foreigners that want to become U.S. citizens or
just work in the U.S. will have to do so of their own free will and means.
* Business lobbying politicians for, "MORE LABOR" would become illegal to do.
* No race based organizations lobbying politicians or getting federal grants or funding.
* No more immigrant entries into the U.S. if the women is pregnant. This includes travel
visas, work visas, education visas and entries for citizenship. Citizenship applications
will be denied if it's found out the wife or girlfriend in the foreign country is pregnant.
The pregnant women will have to file for citizenship separately anyway. Both the man
and women will be denied entry if pregnancy is found. This rule is applied because it's
well known that immigrants produce anchor babies for personal gain.
* Immigrant children would have to go through the same entry process separately and not
grouped as a family unit. No visas or citizenship would be granted to families as a group.
This is to weed out any bad seeds.
* Any illegal caught inside the U.S. will be deported and banned for life from ever
coming back. The illegal alien cannot ever get a travel visa, student visa or any
other visa. The illegal alien cannot, "EVER" apply to become a citizen of the U.S..
