A Year Long Fight Knowing What's Correct Law By An Activist Judge Who Can't Be Fired

The "Communist Democrats" cannot and are not protesting the "National Emergency" Donald Trump has declared because they cannot. The democrats know the open border lawlessness they created is the "National Emergency". The democrats want the free flow of immigrants into the United States so they can destroy the capitalist "Freedom" culture "White People" developed that works better than any other form of government.
Is the banding together of all communist countries by destroying capitalism in the U.S. and around the world the only answer to end war, conflict and poverty? "NO", it isn't. When mass migration from poor countries happens to rich countries the rich countries become poor and communist governments develop under the false guise of serving the people, after the government takes away your guns.
The U.S. democrat party isn't putting forth a argument against the "National Emergency" Donald Trump enacted but instead protesting the movement of money within the "National Emergency" congress granted the president to do.
Lets see, congress gave the power to move money within the government under a "National Emergency" but if the money goes to a "Border Wall" to protect United States Sovereignty and to stop foreign criminal elements it's against the U.S. Constitution and illegal to do. Is this a good argument for the democrats to put before a judge in court knowing that the "U.S. Democrat Party" has a defined mission to keep the borders from being blocked so immigrants can pass over it freely? I guess it will be if the issue is put before an activist judge who ignores the real reason for the fake resistance lawsuit. Usually it seems the activist judge makes up something on their own. I myself surely wouldn't make this argument in court.
So everyone in the United States and around the world know without a reasonable doubt that the "U.S. Communist Democrat Party" wants a free flow of immigrants to come into the United States even if the immigrants are destroying U.S. livelihoods by being here or are of the criminal element.
The "United States Communist Democrat Party" has openly admitted to supporting a communist platform now since the Republican Party woke up and is now pushing out the "Libertarian Republican Rinos" whom always protected the "Commie Democrats". Us Republicans still have many "Rinos" to get out of the party. I guess the made up "Communist Democrat" word meaning "Woke" can be applied to the Republican Party now. "The Republican Party is WOKE now".
The "United States Communist Democrat Party" who supports open borders and amnesty are creating lawsuits right and left against the "Tea Party" and "Donald Trump's" "National Border Emergency To Build The Wall" on the basis of illegal money movement. This will be interesting to see how many of the personal in our legal system submit to sweeping the real "Open Borders And Amnesty" agenda of the "United States Communist Democrat Party" under the rug and ruling on the fake lawsuit reason of illegally moving money that's allowed by congress to be moved.
Will an activist judge ignore and toss aside the real underlying reason of the "Communist Democrat Party Lawsuits" and find in favor of the "Communist Democrat Party" on the fake reason given or create a new reason to block the money being moved to build the wall on his/her own?
Does a federal judge even have to consider the true underlying reason of any lawsuit in their judgement or can they disregard the underlying reason for the lawsuit and just judge on the fake complaint itself? Can a federal judge knowing the movement of money under a declared "National Emergency" that is going to the border wall the "Communist Democrat Party" is resisting ignore this fact of democrat resistance? We surely know that nobody can or will do anything to any federal judge behaving badly.
We can only wait and see how badly the judicial system behaves and ignores the true reasons of these up and coming lawsuits not given but are well known and declare on the side of the "Communist Democrat" lawsuits that are phony on their face.
