The democrats are spitting out this and that's as reasons why the Republicans should not be filling Ginsburg's open Supreme Court Seat until after the election. The democrats real reason for wanting the seat to be left open is a shot at filling it with an activist communist ideologist minded judge who will undermine the U.S. Constitution legally after they win the election. Donald Trump will win again but the democrats think most people want to be communists for some reason or another? 

The democrats are trying to make " Amy Coney Barrett's " nomination to the Supreme Court by the Republicans as an attack on obamacare and abortion. Will they be successful in rallying their voter base enough and convince independence voters to support them? Doesn't look like it at all. The problem the democrats face now is everyone knows about the communism they are swimming in. The democrats biggest failure was they could not stop the Republican Party from ripping the mask off the faces of communism in their political party. Some Republicans are calling Joe Biden a moderate democrat kissing the hiny's of the communists for votes but the fact of the matter is if your supporting communism in any way you are a commie. 

I hear Republicans at this time in 2020 speaking only about how legal it is for them to install "Amy Coney Barrett " on the Supreme Court and not about the real reason why they need to do so. The only one that has spoken the truth about " Amy Coney Barrett's " installation on the Supreme Court is " Amy Coney Barrett " herself. I heard her state the truth one time in two speeches she has given. Sure, I've heard a few Republicans in the past speak the truth as to why a judge like " Amy Coney Barrett " needs to be on the Supreme Court but they are not speaking the truth now.

The real truth as to why " Amy Coney Barrett " needs to be on the Supreme Court is she will, " Read The United States Constitution As Written ". I've heard her state this two times now and that is the truth as to why the Republicans need to install her as fast as they can. The democrat installed activist judges will always state the, " United States Constitution Is Open For Interpretation " which means they can pick a line in one of the Article Sections and make up their own meaning for the line. The democrat judges are dangerous when they take lines out of the U.S. Constitution and install their own meanings subverting what the line really states.

Filling empty Supreme Court seats isn't a matter of issue but only a matter of how the U.S. Constitution will be read by sitting lifetime justices. You can tag Supreme Court justices as either conservative or liberal and getting conservative justices on the bench that will read the U.S. Constitution as written is always the final goal. Liberal Supreme Court  justices will always " Interpret lines in the U.S. Constitution to get an outcome that fits their ideology ". Justices are never classified by political party but are always classified as conservative or liberal. Conservative justices usually lean towards Republican Party thought and liberal justices usually lean towards democrat party thought. All Supreme Court justices are suppose to be " Non Partisan " but they all are in a realistic sense. 

The U.S. Constitution is the framework for how a government in a free capitalistic system interacts with its civilian population. Slavery had already been established by the British Empire long before the U.S. Constitution was written and it took a war about 77 years later after the U.S. Constitution was finished to finally end slavery. It took a little over 10 years to write it making sure all was correct and that goal was achieved with various adjustment amendments over the centuries. People conforming to the writings of the U.S. Constitution is still ongoing today because many Supreme Court justices over the decades were taking the writings in the U.S. Constitution and changing the meanings to fit their activist judge ideology. Many democrat activist judges do this in all levels of the U.S. court systems.

Now that the Republican party is so called, " Woke " and not being mislead by the phony libertarian republican rino leadership the United States can start purging out of government the evil communist threat. The Republican Party Base knew when the economy collapsed in 2008 that they were not winning because the Republican Party leadership refused to fight. There's still many " libertarian rinos " in the Republican Party but they will never get control again as long as we don't forget and teach the now to up and coming Republicans.
